Rashmi Singh She has more than 10 years of experience in Education and has worked in both rural and urban ecosystems for Early Childhood across Training, Operations and Curriculum Development. She is skilled at instructional design and at developing and implementing systems & processes.
Vani Murarka has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, with strengths in Requirements Definition, Solution Architecture, Data Transformation, Data Visualization, and Website Development. She acquired her Masters in Computer Science degree from The University of Iowa, USA. Over the years she has developed a deep understanding of the technology dilemmas that an organisation can encounter, and the human challenges that can arise within a technical team, and between the technical and non-technical team. Vani Murarka is our Technology Advisor for help in resolving such issues, honed by a looking-within where the authentic Self of all can be honored to arrive at win-win solutions.
Ketki Shah Modi is Bachelor of Science with Specialization in Early Childhood Care and Education. Her 9 years of experience as Early Years Practitioner comprises designing need based curriculums for urban as well as rural set-ups, setting systems and processes for setting up a preschool, over 1500 hrs of teacher training and training of the trainers. A recent feather added to the hat is her experience of working with preschools in the UK implementing the OFSTED curriculum. She also holds a Level 6 in NARIC (a qualification comparing certificate in the UK)
